EXECUTIVE CHEF ROBERT HOHMANN
Hohmann joins the Patina Restaurant Group team with more than 15 years of culinary experience from some of the most sought after culinary destinations in the world. Commencing his culinary passion while attending the French Culinary Institute, Hohmann graduated with two degrees, one in Classic Culinary Arts and another in Artisanal Baking. From there he turned his expertise within a number of 5 star, 5 diamond, Michelin and Zagat rated restaurants and hotel properties throughout the United States and abroad. Specializing in Contemporary Mediterranean - American cuisine, Hohmann then took his skillset to work under some of the most celebrated chefs and restaurants in the world; including Thomas Keller's PerSe and Bouchon Bistro. In his spare time, Robert likes to spend time with family, exercise, train martial arts and ride his motorcycle whenever possible.
